Jennifer Blackmore’s experience over the last decade has exclusively been working with Fortune 500 and publicly traded corporations concerning all manners of internal operating processes.
Jennifer has advised on a broad range of legal issues to help minimize legal exposure and risk. Her responsibilities included providing general commercial legal advice, drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, advising on compliance, privacy, marketing/advertising, and regulatory law, and working on corporate compliance initiatives. She has experience overseeing matters involving procurement, vendor outsourcing, advertising, privacy, regulatory compliance, and litigation management, having worked on hundreds of such engagements.
Early in her career, Jennifer had a diverse practice ranging from criminal jury trials, to labour and employment and real estate.
